So many of us are tackling each day of parenting with all the things we're "supposed" to do. But many times, these are rules we've imposed on ourselves for no reason except for that's the way everyone else has done it.

It's time we shift our way of thinking and acknowledge the only things we're "supposed" to do is love our kids well. Everything else is up for each individual family to define for themselves.
