"O gracious Lord, with love draw near
to these, your children gathered here;
the Spirit’s gift in them renew,
the gift of faith that clings to you.

Sustain the work you have begun
in these united to your Son,
for in that pure baptismal flood
they have been cleansed by Jesus’ blood.

Then robed in white before your throne,
your holy saints, by you foreknown,
predestined, called, and justified,
shall, crowned in light, be glorified."
-Stephen Clarke

Praise be to God for the gift of Baptism, through which newly born Christian Schulz was forgiven and reborn this past Sunday!

(Christian is wearing a traditional baptismal gown, a symbol of the robe of Christ's perfection that covers his sins, given to all freely in Baptism)

" And we also thank God continually because, when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as a human word, but as it actually is, the word of God, which is indeed at work in you who believe. " (1 Thessalonians 2:13)

A big and happy welcome to our newly confirmed members, Shaine Zoephel and Ben Turner!

"God’s own child, I gladly say it:
I am baptized into Christ!
He, because I could not pay it,
gave my full redemption price.
Do I need earth’s treasures many?
I have one worth more than any
that brought me salvation free,
lasting to eternity!"

Praise the Lord with us for bringing Atlas Schulz into his Kingdom through the waters of Baptism!
