GOD'S WORK IS A NON-STOP WORK

If you go to the various churches you will see a host of empty pews. Much of it is wherein one has been but has left for various reasons, but including as one of those reasons is that they have stopped. No rhyme or reason, they just stopped coming.

God's work is a non-stop work. I see where people seem to move around almost at a frequency. When I read my Bible I see where God's work is a non-stop work ...

Far too many individuals quit on their church, quit on their pastor, quit on their fellow believers and friends in the faith ..... They just stop participating ---- They stop getting involved ---- and they stop working and serving in the areas wherein God had led them to serve in.

I read in the Bible wherein every one has a place and a part within the work of God, The Work of the Ministry, and the Work of the Church ..... Never is anyone given the directive from God to quit however so many do quit on God .....

What about you! Have you stopped participating? Have you stopped getting involved? Have you stopped working and serving in the areas wherein God has led you to?

I know it's hard but why don't you take the first step towards getting back into it ....... Instead of resigning why don't you RE-ALIGN ...... Instead of Retiring why don't you Refire in the work of the Lord.....

When in conversation with a stranger, I can remember being asked the question quite often, "Which side of the tracks are you on?

The question could implicate several things. It could mean you answer with where you grew up and were raised. The answer could implicate which habits and traits personally do you adopt ... It could also mean what likes and dislikes do you have ...... And then often it meant which side of an issue do you take .....

In the passage before us is given Assurances ( #1) Christ is Life ( #2) To have life one must have received Christ at a particular time in their life ( #3) To not have Christ is to not have life ( #4) God is the Giver of Eternal Life because, God is the giver of His Son, Jesus Christ to the world. ( #5) There is a record of this that can never be done away with ..... That record of this exchange is kept in Heaven with Jehovah, Lord God .....

Any Person can have life from God because, God gave his Son to be received by Whosoever Will ......

If a person's life ends here on earth and they do not have Christ, They do not have life, and that life being eternal life .... They will however have existence in a place called Hell .....

KNOW OF A SURETY -- God would have all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth ...... It was never meant that people would go to hell ---- However because OF THEIR CHOOSING .... They choose in this life to live it "CHRIST LESS" and so never take Christ for Eternal Life .......

KNOW OF A SURETY --- Individuals can receive this life in Christ from their heart by faith ---- The only prayer of a sinner God will ever answer is their prayer for Eternal Life in Christ .......... As a result, "IF ANY MAN BE IN CHRIST, THEY ARE (Become) A NEW CREATURE (Creation) ............ And are Created in Christ Jesus unto good works ....
KNOW OF A SURETY -- There is an evident obvious change in a person who by faith and from their heart receives salvation

As the saying is given ..... There are some whose only Heaven they will ever know is what they have in this current life ..... And that because they refuse for their personal select reason not to accept him ...... This is not heave but to die without receiving Christ ..... They will experience a Hell they will forever throughout eternity regret ........

This life is not Heaven but it's as close as a person who is without Christ will ever know in their existence ......

In Contrast, This life as much evil, corruptness, wickedness, and depravity it has ..... is the closest one who has received Christ having eternal life will ever experience .....

NO ONE WHO HAS EVER RECEIVED CHRIST GENUINELY HAS EVER COME TO REGRET THAT DECISION ....... The benefits of doing so are here and well beyond in the place God is preparing for those who have life eternal......

I was sitting in my place in church yesterday and taking in all that God had for me. Being a Pastor's wife seems like that should be what ought to be done. I always look forward in being in church and hearing the Word of God. I get to be there and not just because my husbands a Pastor, but I have to say I am privileged to be there. My husband does wonderful from his studies to the pulpit, and I am eager to hear just what the Lord would have for me.
I was listening to the message as it was preached, and this is where God was speaking to my heart. The half has not been told. Now that wasn't the message, but it was in the message given. I thought about that for a moment. I have read the Bible completely through many times. More than I can remember I have but this stuck out more brilliant to me. Just thinking that the Bible and I am talking about the full Word of God. Old Testament to the New Testament. There are a lot of reading but can be read through in one year. In fact, I know it can be read through twice in one year because I have done so myself. I by no means am a book reader. I just don't have it in me to read but when it comes to the Bible, I can do that with no hesitation. So, it's more in the time spent that can cause me to not read if things around me take my time. That is where it gets tricky for me. Anyway, as I was listening to the sermon, I realized God gave us just what we needed to know from the Bible. Nothing more and nothing less. The whole entire Bible is everything we need to know. BUT!!! here is the thing. We have not been given it all. I mean everything God has to possibly give, it's not all there. Why? Because if God could (and he can) give it all, we could not handle it. I am sure the preachers would love to have everything but really. You see what God has given to us people find it hard to read so they create other "bibles" to say this one can be understood better, yet that isn't good enough, so another is formed by man until you have a list of bibles but not THE Bible in the hands of people. This is a terrible thing because it curses the Bible meant for us to read, either it has been watered down or words have been removed or added and by that people don't have exactly what God wanted us to have. It's messed up and has cheapened the true Word of God.
Now if we can't handle what God wanted us to have, we would have a very hard time have everything God has for us beyond our beautiful scriptures.
Well, I don't know about you, but for me I know even if I have read the Bible through each time, I do the Holy Spirit that dwells in my heart teaches me more and more regardless to how many times I read it. It's in that each time that helps me to grow in the fashion to God's perfection in my life. I will never be perfect, nor will I have a knowledge that stops because I have already heard it so many times. The blessings just keep pouring out and keeping me filled with God's goodness. God's love letter to me is the Holy Bible and I never get tired of reading it or hearing it over and over again.
The rest of what God should have, I will be looking forward to learning it for all eternity. God has way more for us than we could ever imagine. It's so refreshing to know it's a book with no ending. The saga is what is to come. I look forward to that saga and I know I am going to be a part of that.

There are people who think that death ends all -- That once physical life ends that all of a persons being and existence ends ...

God writes the script and gives us the understanding that --- Death is only the beginning to something far more significant and much more important than anything we have ever encountered before

Truth of the matter is that death does not end all but rather death is the beginning for all people

DEATH IS THE BEGINNING OF AN ETERNAL RESIDENCE

If I read my Bible correctly there is only 1 of 2 places wherein a person will spend eternity --- In either heaven or hell ... There is no such thing as soul sleep --- No such thing as a holding place wherein one can be prayed out of --- You can buy all the candles you want in the memory of someone but not a single one will contribute to ones change in their eternal residence

God Tells us that --- There will be a book opened --- and if a person's name is not written inside that soul of a person will be cast into the lake of fire for all eternity --- There is no escape door --- or exit door mind you ---- Once a person dies their residency is fixed ---

That Book is called the Book of Life, But more namely it is called the LAMBS BOOK OF LIFE --- The only way for one to have their name written there is for them to receive the Lambs shed blood sacrifice at Calvary wherein he died for the sins of man and individually your sin and my sin and the sin of every living soul --- Every person is confronted with a decision to make --- whether they will believe in their heart that after Jesus shed his blood and died on Calvary, and that he was put into the tomb, THAT -- God raised him up from the Grave (A PICTURE OF RESURRECTED LIFE) ... Wherein God raises a person from this sin cursed life that he is born with to be redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb of God who taketh away the sins of the whole earth ---- In order to be saved and have your name in the Lambs book of life one must believe in their heart the LORD JESUS and call upon him to save them from themselves and their sin ---- This flesh of a body is full of sin and needs to be redeemed

DEATH IS A BEGINNING OF AN ETERNAL RELATIONSHIP

When a person dies they go to be with the Lord --- Here on earth we have a relationship with God that's eternal in the Heavens but this Eternal Relationship with be wherein we will see him as he is --- We will have a new Eternal relationship ---- a new beginning of this Eternal relationship that began while on earth and when we accepted Christ as our Savior ...=-==...It is an Eternal relationship that is no longer hindered by the fatigue of the flesh --- no longer hindered by the fervent interruptions by the devil nor the fanatical distractions of the world --------- We won't have to struggle to spend time with him - --- We will forever have no needs because we will discover therein that he is all we ever needed and will ever need. --- We will begin an eternal relationship like we were not able to fully develop while here on earth ....

There really is a Hell to shun and a Heaven to gain ... The Rich man in hell realized it too late and Lazarus realized it right on time .... It is an Awe striking reality --- Consider one who realizes now after a lifetime of rejecting Christ that it really did matter what they did with Christ in their life --- The Awe of it's reality --- The Awe of never for all eternity being able to change the decision they had made ------- Too many people live it up in the world without the Lord and now live in eternity with regrets because they are facing the Awe of Hell and all that's there (details expressed)

DEATH IS THE BEGINNING OF AN ETERNAL REWARDING

Heaven itself is a reward --- being able to spend forever with the one who provider for our ability to be forever with him ---- But we also find that there are rewards in heaven --- Crowns one ---- One discovers the five crowns to be one and if they have earned them will be rewarded of God with them ---- The whole purpose is to in turn present them to the one who is worthy ---- Those who have them will rejoice and those who are without -- Who are the saved yet so as by with fire --- will be ashamed that they didn't live to earn rewards to cast at Jesus feet or perhaps lost their crowns because of backsliding and turning away from the life they were supposed to life in Christ who redeemed them ----

Death does not end all --------- Death is not the final chapter in the life of an individual -----

The Takeaway is this ---- Have you settled the matter of your eternity? Of Heaven and Hell and the judgement of God which is to come? .......... or if you have then Are you living to earn rewards or rather crowns that you may cast at Jesus Feet? ........... Death is the beginning not the ending -------- Prepare yourself for that day or as the Bible states it, "Prepare to meet thy God"

There is a vast majority of folks who have severely misjudged the character of the Lord.

To Some God is not real to them because the impression they have of him which leads to their expectation of him is in error and therefore because God doesn't do as they think he should he is not real to them

ILLUS: I cite a gentleman I met while out SW in Colorado..

It's interesting that people don't half read their bible and/or listen regularly to the preached Word of God and yet they seem to assert they're know it all theology.

Then you have those who do read their bible and have listened to the preached Word of God at a time in they're life and so seem to assert they're know it all theology...

But Greatly in Contrast, Those who pray constantly, Read their Bible consistently, and listen to the Preached Word of God concertively assert they're inadequacies humbly....

You see it's all in the attitude.... God is understood by those who have a heart to know God....

God's Word explicitly tells us, Jer 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

A half-hearted or wrong hearted individual will not find God and God is not in all their thoughts

Yet they wonder why they cannot find God or experience him....

God will not be found if your not going diligently to the place wherein God can be found....

You can say your searching for him with all your heart but if your heart is wrong or your actions are wrong .... If you omitting things or pursuing wrong things or if your hearts is wrong in the sight of God you surely will not find him let alone understand him...

Yet if your heart is right and you seek him with all your heart you will not only find him but you will find him as the God of all Grace.

HONORABLE TRAITS -- Hebrews 12:14

People tend to like being recognized for the honorable things they do. Even if not the tops in what they do at least to get an honorable mention. The unfortunate thing is that there are those who seek to be recognized however their pursuits are anything but honorable.

Some pursuits bring heartache but so other pursuits bring heartbreak while still others can bring about happiness.
********************************************
Happiness can never be achieved by being the main pursuit in life. It is the by-product of other more notable pursuits.

There are some select traits that are honorable and do bring about a sense of happiness.
