We have showed you where the Truck or Treat is Friday October 11th from 5:30-7:30. We have showed you this years show grounds at Letcher County Central High School Saturday October 12th 11:00-4:00, but we haven’t showed you the after show grounds yet. It will be at the top of pine mountain about 10 minutes from the show grounds at Pine Mountain Worship Center So for those of you that made it last year, we truly know you was dedicated. The weather was rough to say the least, but we made it work. This year the weather looks great for October 12th so hopefully we can all gather there from 5:00 to whenever the last person leaves.
Thanks to Pine Mountain Worship Center, we have a HUGE and beautiful scenic area on top of Pine Mountain for our use again this year, which will be adorned with Food Vendors - headlined by the Letcher County Central JROTC program! - as well as fire pits and s’mores! Games for everyone, including axe throwing! Live music will be provided by Shyla Raleigh and Cory Harris on the stage starting at 5:30, and the evening ends with our famous CWC FIREWORKS show!
We welcome all show vehicles to join in the police led cruise from the CWC show grounds to the top of Pine Mountain where the Kentucky State Police will provide a lights-on es**rt. Priority parking at the Forgiven Ministries grounds at the top of the mountain is given to show vehicles; plenty of free spectator parking is available and overflow parking at the Pine Mountain Trail overlook parking area.
Mark your calendars and come show off your cars and trucks with us - while enjoying one of the most fun weekend events Letcher County has to offer! From the Friday night Truck or Treat, the Saturday official Cruising with Cruisers car show, to the King of the Mountain Cruise-In and fireworks that night - there is no excuse for anyone NOT to have a good time in Whitesburg, KY on Oct 11-12! We can’t wait to see you there!
