We are Victory- a small, traditional church with a big heart- centered on Christ!

At Victory, we strive to make disciples, teach truth, love our community, and encourage each other. Victory Baptist Church has been a part of Whiteland since 1905! It’s a privilege to serve God in the heart of central Indiana!

Today at Victory:

🔆 Sunday School classes meet to hear and discuss lesson from God’s Word. Teachers challenge their students to build upon their Bible knowledge every week. Classes are available for preschoolers through adults. 9:30am

🔆 Sunday Morning Worship Service gathers the whole congregation, first to sing, then to hear the message from Scripture. Children can attend a Children’s Church program where they also hear directly from God’s Word with lessons and songs that are age appropriate. In the main service, Pastor Mark will preach from 2 John. Service begins at 10:30am.

✳️ Fellowship Meal: Gather ‘round the table for delicious Italian food prepared by the “camp moms.” The meal is free for all, and any donations offered go to offset the cost of summer camp for the juniors and teens. Meal served directly after the morning service.

🔆 Sunday Evening Service: Sing along with the pianos and orchestra before the evening sermon. Pastor Mark has been preaching over the Reformation on Sunday evenings. Service begins at 6:00pm.

Sit down at the table with us at the Fellowship Meal!

This Sunday, following the morning service, the “camp families” will host a delicious Italian meal for everyone. Food includes pasta (gluten free available, too), marinara sauce, meat sauce, and Alfredo! Delicious garlic bread will accompany the pasta. Build a salad at the salad bar. And don’t forget the array of homemade desserts!

The meal is free, and if you’d like to leave a donation (any amount is great) it will go towards off-setting the cost for our juniors and teens to attend summer camp in 2027.

Since you’ll be joining us for lunch, we’d love to save you a seat at all of the morning activities, too!

Wait? School on Sunday? Why?

Don’t worry, it’s not THAT kind of school.

Sunday School classes meet weekly to take a deep dive into God’s Word, but they pair studying with discussion, questions, and dialogue. Each week, teachers prepare lessons that engage the class, and promote learning and discipleship.

Best of all, many solid biblical friendships form in Sunday School. Learning and growing together builds a kinship unlike other activities.

Sunday, Pastor Mark wrapped up an in-depth sermon series in the book of 1 John. Rich in theology, 1 John assures believers of the TRUTH in Christ, and the real confidence we have in Him.

Victory Baptist prioritizes the Gospel.

It’s always a fantastic Sunday when one of our long-time missionaries visits us- and even more amazing when they get to preach from God’s Word. We’re so thankful for the Winget’s visit last Sunday.

The whole day was a blessing. Families joined together to sing. Instruments played beloved hymns of praise. Friends talked and laughed after church. Victory is a GREAT place to be.
