We have another celebration! ❤️ Don & Linda are celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary❤️ They have both been volunteering with us for about a year. They were inspired to join us after hearing about us at their church. Don does reclamation pick ups for us weekly (and sometimes more when we need him) and Linda serves in our Choice Nutrition Food Pantry. They have great hearts to serve and we appreciate them. So, if you see them around, with them a happy anniversary.

Just a reminder for those who shop at the Whitehall Kroger locations- 3675 E. Broad St or 850 S. Hamilton Rd- during the month of September and purchase a reusable Fight Hunger bag, the Center of Hope will receive $1.00 per bag. Thanks All!

Sharon Epting has volunteered with us OVER 10 years- serving in more ways than we can count.
About 2 years ago, her husband Glenn retired, and then we put him to work! 😁😉

They recently celebrated their 51st Wedding Anniversary 😍👰‍♀🤵 When asked their secret to 51 years of wedded bliss, one of them said, "Shake your head and leave the room."- we'll let you guess who said that 😉
The both agreed that listening is the start, letting go and letting God deal with things is a better way and things go better when living under the Lordship of Jesus. Amen to that!

Partnership in action!

A huge THANK YOU to the amazing team from the City of Columbus Office of Violence Prevention!

A few months ago we started partnering with them to provide food boxes to their clients in need.

This week, THEY showed up for US—sorting and packing the food bags and boxes that we distribute through partner agencies like theirs!

If one picture is worth a thousand words, then these pictures are priceless.

As a follow up to our April 9 post about partnerships and the Center of Hope going around the world, we received these pictures from a mission trip to South America where 100's of single shoes were distributed by Adaptive Sports Connection to those who most needed them. God is so good and we are humbled to be a part of blessing others- in our community and around the world!

Prayer in the parking lot.
Rejoice! Rejoice!

Luke 15:10 tells us that there is great rejoicing in Heaven when one person repents and receives salvation through Jesus.

At our 10th Anniversary celebration, one sweet lady stopped at the prayer tent. She was dealing with the grief over losing her husband. Our volunteer chaplain listened, talked with her and ultimately led her to salvation. Praise Jesus! Join us in the glorious celebration.
