Join us at 7:00 PM for an evening practice overlooking the White Mountains as we unwind, breathe, and settle into the week ahead.

Join me tomorrow evening for Sunset Yoga at Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa in Whitefield!

We'll gather outdoors with beautiful mountain views as the sun sets, taking an hour to slow down, breathe, move, and reset for the week ahead.
