Breathe, move and unwind with the mountains as your backdrop. Rain or shine — we'll practice outside when the weather allows, or move into the beautiful Club House when it doesn't.

🫏 MORNINGS ON THE FARM
Saturdays at 8 AM
$25 per person
📍 Check in up front at MountainView Grand, then meet us at the farm to begin at 8.

Practice alongside the donkeys, llamas & alpacas — some of whom are clearly more committed to hands-on adjustments than others. 🤣

☀️🌧️ Rain or shine, with an indoor option when needed.
🧘 Bring a mat or borrow one of ours.
💳 Cash or card accepted.

My yoga mat doesn't even fit in my yoga space. 😂

Seriously. Look at it.

There's a wall at one end, furniture at the other, and apparently my cat Thumbs has a standing reservation. 😹

And THIS is where I teach Beyond Relief Circle.

Because you don't need a beautiful home studio.
You don't need a quiet house.
You don't need to get a sitter, leave work on time, drive anywhere, or somehow magically make your life less busy before you're allowed to take care of yourself.

You just need to make a little space for YOU. 💜

Beyond Relief Circle was created for the people who need this time the most — and somehow have the hardest time getting themselves out the door to take it.

Roll out a mat wherever it'll fit (or ALMOST fit!! 😌).
Kids can be home.
Pets can wander through.
Laundry can exist somewhere nearby. 😂
Your camera stays OFF.
No one can see you.

For one hour, you get to stop being needed and come back to yourself.

You don't have to get out of the house to finally make it to yoga. 💜

Maybe you've wanted to come to one of my in-person classes, but the timing never quite works.

Maybe by the time you've worked, fed everyone, handled the kids, let the dog out, and done the seventeen other things that somehow needed you today... getting back in the car is the LAST thing you want to do.

Or maybe you simply don't have an hour to travel somewhere, practice, and travel home.

You still deserve the hour.

Beyond Relief Circle was created for exactly that.

Every other Wednesday at 7 PM, throw a mat down wherever it'll fit — and I mean wherever. 😉 My own practice space is teeny tiny.

You can see me. No one can see you. No camera. No performing. No worrying about keeping up.

Kids wander through? Fine.
Dog joins you? Obviously. 😂
Need to stop for a minute? Stop.
Need child's pose for half the class? Take it.

I'll guide you through movement, breath, and reconnection while you take what you need from the practice.
