Just a reminder, homecoming this Sunday at Swift Creek Church...
Services will start at 10:45 am, with old songs led by Ronnie Tomlinson and our fantastic piano player Linda Morgan. The guest speaker will be Rev. Tommy Lindsey.
Come join us under the old oak trees in the little white church on the hill.

Everyone don't forget Homecoming is coming up fast..... September 28, 2025. Guest speaker Rev. Tommy Lindsey. Hopefully no storm will dampen our event. Starting time will be 10:45 am. Covered dish luncheon to follow service.

I would like to say a big thank you to several people that have worked so hard to clean up the old cemetery after the storm, those names are Joshua Deese, Jerel Tolle and Terry Erixton.
It is taking several days and when we are done I will post before and after pictures.

Just to let everyone Swift Creek Historic Church and Cemetery homecoming has been Cancelled due to all the storm damage to the Church grounds. The church building is totally fine, but with all the limbs and trees down no one is able to get on the church grounds. There is alot of trees down in the old cemetery.
We are blessed the Lord has taken care of this old church for 204 years. With àlot of prayers we will have it looking like it always does.

It is getting that time of the year. Homecoming. Swift Creek Historical Church and Cemetery will be Having their annual homecoming, September 29, 2024. Our guest speaker will be Rev. Tommy Lindsey. Music lead by Ronnie Tomlinson and piano played by Ms. Linda Morgan
Following the service will be a covered luncheon under the big old oak trees. Please come and join the fun..
