Old man winter doesn't seem to want to cut us a break. There's another winter storm with snow and freezing rain about to descend upon us again today, tonight, and tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow's services have been cancelled out of an abundance of caution. Everyone stay safe and warm. If you have to be out on the road, be cautious.

Service for tomorrow, February 9,2025 is canceled out of abundance for the impending winter storm.

The annual congregational and session meetings have been rescheduled for March 2, 2025.

This morning, the roads look good, so far. I checked several sources and it looks like the storm is sue to arrive at about 1pm. The Carbon County Emergency Management Center issued a Winter Storm Warning from 1pm today to 1am tomorrow with 4-6 inches of snow. It looks like the cold wind and temperatures are to be the worst part.

In a few minutes I will be going to the church to check the steps, ramp, and sidewalk for ice. Service will start at 11:00am. The church should be open at about 10:30am.

Stay warm and stay safe.

We will hold service tomorrow, January 19, 2025 (weather permitting), with guest pastor DaraSue Braun. Her sermon is titled, "A New Creation in Christ". Service is scheduled to start at 11:00 AM. We are watching weather conditions and will decide by 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning if we will cancel service.
