We are looking forward to celebrating 80 years of Sacred Mission Church during our Homecoming Sunday service on September 13th! ✝️🍂

For 80 years, God has faithfully blessed our church and allowed Sacred Mission to be a place of worship, fellowship, prayer, and love within our community. We are excited to gather together to celebrate all He has done through the years and reflect on so many wonderful memories made along the way.

There will be more details to come as we get closer to the date, so be sure to mark your calendars now. We cannot wait to celebrate this special milestone together! ❤️

Reminder: We will not be having Bible study tonight. Following opening singing and prayer, we will hold our church elections. In order to accept a nominated position, you must be present or have turned in a signed letter of acceptance. Services start at 6pm.

Join us this Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM for our church elections immediately following opening singing and prayer.

The board has submitted nominations for church positions, but members may also make nominations from the floor during the election.

If you will be absent, please make sure to send a signed letter of acceptance or rejection for any position within the church for which your name may be submitted.

All elected positions will begin in June.

Please be prayerful as we seek God’s guidance and wisdom for the future of our church family. ✝️

A long day of removing old mulch, planting new flowers, and putting in new mulch. We put up some new flags too. What a beautiful day God gave us!

We don’t always see the weight people are carrying, but God often uses simple kindness as a lifeline in someone’s darkest moment. A gentle word, a patient response, or even just choosing compassion over judgment can reflect the heart of Christ more powerfully than we realize. You may never know the full story—but love always matters more than you think.

“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” — Ephesians 4:32

The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is still moving today. There is hope. There is life. There is victory in Him. Happy Easter! ✝️🤍

“And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, He… will also give life to your mortal bodies.” — Romans 8:11

It’s Friday…
Hope feels buried.
The sky is dark.
Silence fills the space where miracles once stood.

But heaven wasn’t finished.

Because Sunday was coming.

The stone would roll away.
The grave would lose its grip.
Death would be defeated.

And love would rise again. ✝️

He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.’ – Matthew 28:6
