Ladies! We need you to fill these out asap for the Ladies Dinner on May 9th. There are copies printed out at church. Please fill them out and get them to Becky Baldridge or Lynn Chamberlin.

Put your name, and the number of meals you will need (ie if you have 5 coming with you, 2 chicken 2 beef 1 kids).

To give the caterer enough time, these will need to be turned in by May 1st.
