Dear Members and Friends of Wheeler UMC,
I write today with deep appreciation and gratitude for the time that I have been able to spend with you as your pastor. However, I share with you today that I have received a new Pastoral Appointment in the Indiana Conference. Bishop Julius Trimble has appointed me the new Pastor of Salem Chapel United Methodist Church in LaPorte, Indiana. My new appointment will begin on November 01, 2022. My last Sunday with you at Wheeler will be October 30, 2022.
I thank you for your encouragement, your love, and your support during my time at Wheeler. Please know that you will be in our prayers as we make this move and would welcome your prayers for our family as well. Pastor Terry Rhine will be filling in for the months of November and December.
Again, I thank you for your graciousness and generosity over our time at Wheeler.
