Today's Message: "Blessed to Bless: God's Call to Lead and Serve" (Genesis 12:1-9) –
When the Lord called Abram, he did not give him a detailed plan or guarantee an easy journey. Instead, Abram was offered a promise and a purpose: "I will bless you...so that you will be a blessing." God's call to Abram was not simply about receiving a blessing, it was about becoming one. As we ordain and install new officers and commission our mission team, we are reminded the call to lead and serve extends to every believer. Together, we'll discover that God's blessings are meant to flow through us for the sake of others.

Today's Message: “A More Perfect Union” (Matthew 28:16-20)
Pastor Kellen will explore Jesus’ Great Commission in Matthew 28 and consider what it means to love our country faithfully without losing sight of our ultimate allegiance to God’s kingdom. As imperfect people seeking a more perfect union, Christians are called to live with gratitude, humility, repentance, and hope.

Today's Concert at 12:00: Come enjoy Genuine Brass as they help lead us in worship and offer a 30-minute concert after the 10:30 a.m. service, which will conclude with a patriotic sing-along to commemorate America’s Semiquincentennial (250th Anniversary). Refreshments will be served following the service, before the music begins at noon.

The performance is free and open to the public. Join us!

Today: From the sermon series "The Spirit Among Us" is today's sermon “Set on Fire: The Spirit Empowers Us” (Acts 2:1–21)
During the month of May, you have an invitation to rediscover the Holy Spirit—not as a distant idea, but as God’s living presence moving in and among us right now. What if the Spirit is closer than you think? Perhaps the Spirit of God is already opening your eyes in uncertainty, accompanying you in ordinary days, shaping you in seasons of waiting, and nudging you toward a life of courage and purpose. Over four weeks; through Scripture, prayer, and real stories from our community, we’ll explore where the Lord’s Spirit is already at work and how we might begin to notice, trust, and follow.

Also today is Kids Church during the 10:30 service.

Note that Genesis Middle School Ministry and WF High School Ministry are on break today, May 24 and also next Sunday, May 31.

Adult Education is now on summer break and will resume in the fall.

Today's Message: The Spirit Among Us – “In the Waiting: The Spirit Forms Us” (Acts 1:6-14) Through Scripture, prayer, and real stories from our community, we’ll explore where the Lord’s Spirit is already at work and how we might begin to notice, trust, and follow.

5th Grade Promotion & Blessing and Sunday School Celebration: Fifth graders will begin in the 10:30 a.m. service to receive a special blessing as they move from our Kids Ministry program to Genesis Middle School Ministry! All other students will begin in their classrooms before heading to the gym with their class to enjoy a bounce house, games, snacks and crafts.

Connect Class for Prospective New Members at 11:30 a.m. Refreshments will be provided and childcare is available.

Information Meeting for Next Year's Confirmation Class – An information meeting for next year's 9th grade students and parents will be held today, from 11:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

Mother's Day: This morning we are honoring all of the wonderful moms in our lives with mini muffins and Mother’s Day flowers. During worship, we’ll take time to thank God for the love, strength, and faithfulness we see through mothers across generations.

Today's Message: The Spirit Among Us
“Not Alone: The Spirit Is With You” (John 14:15–21) – In the month of May, you have an invitation to rediscover the Holy Spirit—not as a distant idea, but as God’s living presence moving in and among us right now.
