🔦EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: JACOB HUDSON 👏

Jacob Hudson joined Hardwick Well Supply in May 2023, coming to work with us straight out of high school—and he didn’t waste any time jumping in.

Since then, Jacob has worked with both our service and drill crews, learning the business from the ground up. He also attended CDL school and earned his CDL—an accomplishment that allows him to contribute to our company in even more ways.

Jacob and his older brother, Dylan, are the only brothers duo currently working at Hardwick Well Supply, and they share more than just a last name. Both are men of few words, but their strong work ethic speaks for them.

Jacob may be quiet, but his work doesn’t go unnoticed. He is dependable, willing to help, and always ready to do his part. In this business, every job and every person matters. It takes a complete team to keep everything moving, and Jacob has become an invaluable part of ours. We’re proud to have both brothers with us—but today, the spotlight belongs to JACOB!

Jacob was also a huge help during our College and Career Days. Having only recently graduated himself—and being from the area—he could relate to the students and give them a firsthand look at what it’s like to begin building a career right out of high school.

One of these pictures captures something pretty special: Jacob, one of the youngest members of our team, standing alongside Mack Hardwick, the man who started it all. Together, they represent both the future and the foundation of Hardwick Well Supply.

And as you’ll notice in another picture, he cleans up just as well as he works. 😉

Jacob, we appreciate your work ethic and everything you bring to the Hardwick team. We’re proud you chose to begin your career with us, and we look forward to watching you continue to learn and grow!

🔦 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT — JAROD FERGUSON 🔦

Jarod joined Hardwick Well Supply in the fall of 2020, but I’ve known him a whole lot longer than that. I watched him grow up playing baseball with my son, so getting to watch him grow into the man and crew leader he is today makes this spotlight a little special for me. ❤️

Jarod came to Hardwick like most of our guys do—jumping in wherever he was needed. He moved onto a pulling crew pretty quickly, and within the next year was running his own rig. Pulling wells is one of the toughest jobs we have, and Jarod has proven he’s got the grit for it. 💪

Another thing that makes Jarod so valuable is what he does back at the shop. When trucks or equipment come in broken down, he’s often right there working on them, figuring out the problem, and helping get them back to work. Around here, when equipment isn’t running, neither are we—so that’s a pretty big deal. 🔧

Jarod is pretty even-tempered, usually has a smile on his face, and keeps a good sense of humor about the work. Even when a job is hot, long, or just plain miserable, he’s more likely to send me a picture or video joking about what he’s gotten himself into than complain about it. 😂

Jarod has quietly earned his way up at Hardwick, and he’s one of those guys we probably don’t make a big enough deal over—so today, we are. We’re proud of the job he does and proud to have him leading one of our crews. ❤️

And one fun fact we can’t leave out—Jarod shares a birthday with the Boss Man himself, Mack Hardwick! So every year when we’re making a big fuss over Mack’s birthday, we have to remember there are TWO birthday boys in the building. 😂🎂

Across Arkansas, another harvest is beginning. What started with prepared ground, planted seed, faithful work, and much-needed water is becoming the harvest so many have prayed for.

As combines begin moving into the fields, we’re reminded that every season—and every harvest—is ultimately in God’s hands.

We’re praying for safe equipment, favorable weather, long days made lighter, and an abundant harvest for the farmers and families we are so blessed to serve. 🌾💧🙏🏻

The water beneath the ground may be our work, but the harvest above it is always God’s provision.
