✨ Finishing Strong ✨

Jacob started as a deceiver… but he ended as a mature believer who clung to God’s promises.

From remembering God’s word at Luz, to witnessing unexpected grace with his son and grandsons, to declaring God’s sovereign choice, Jacob’s final words still echo:

“Behold, I’m about to die, but God will be with you.”
No matter where you started or what’s behind you — it’s not how you begin the race, it’s how you finish.

🔥 Is God calling you to something you’ve been doubting?

Say yes. Stay faithful. Run your race. Finish strong.

This past Sunday was our monthly potluck! We love gathering with you for fellowship at the beginning of each month. It’s such a wonderful opportunity to connect more intentionally in conversation without feeling rushed after service.

Do you enjoy it as much as we do?!

📖 Do Not Settle in Egypt.

Are you sojourning through this world… or have you settled in it?

Jacob stood before Pharaoh and honestly said, “Few and evil have been the days of my life.” He didn’t hide his messiness — and neither should we.

Our citizenship is in heaven. Our hope is not in wishful thinking, but in the resurrection of Jesus.
God knows exactly what you need. Don’t let this world get its hooks in you.

Stay the course. Do not settle in Egypt.

Baby dedication is a beautiful and sacred time for families to publicly declare their commitment to raising their child in the love, wisdom, and teachings of Jesus Christ. It is also a wonderful opportunity for our church family to surround them with promises of prayer, support, and ongoing encouragement on this journey of faith.

If you would like to dedicate your child, please speak with Pastor James for more details.

What You Do Is Who You Are.

Jesus asked, “Why do you call Me Lord, Lord and not do what I tell you?”

Your daily habits answer that question.

The content you consume, the scrolls you make, the distractions you choose — they’re all shaping who you’re becoming. One day your “digital diet” will be shouted from the rooftops.

What does yours say about you?

Stop drifting. Pick up the Compass. 📖

The Story Behind Grove Coffee House ☕️

It all started when he saw moms sitting in their cars in the parking lot after dropping off their kids — just trying to catch a quick conversation. James thought, “We can do better than that.”

So they opened the doors of the church, started brewing good coffee and serving pastries, and created a warm space for connection. What began as a simple idea for busy moms quickly grew. The kids came first, then the moms, teachers, police officers, and people from the community — now over 200 people stop by every Wednesday morning.

More than coffee, it’s become a bridge. A non-threatening place where conversations happen, friendships form, prayers are shared, and people feel comfortable walking into a church — some for the first time in years.

It’s not about the coffee. It’s about community.

Come grab a cup and join us! ❤️

You come for the coffee. We come for the laughter and jokes 🤣☕️🍪
