What a wonderful evening at our St. Francis of Assisi Lobster Bake!

We are grateful for the tremendous turnout and the joyful spirit of fellowship shared by everyone who attended. The food was delicious, plentiful, and enjoyed by all, making for a truly memorable parish gathering.

A special word of thanks goes to Larissa Tedesco, whose leadership and dedication as Chair made this event such a success. We are also deeply grateful to the members of the planning committee: Barbara Kohler, Jane LaCorte, Kathy Failla, Patricia McCarthy, Carol Palumbo, Diana Sanchez, Jennifer Garvey, and Kathleen O’Sullivan. Your countless hours of planning, organizing, preparing, and serving helped make this event a tremendous success.

Thank you as well to all our volunteers, donors,and everyone who attended and supported the event. Your generosity and enthusiasm continue to strengthen our parish community and remind us of the blessings of belonging to such a vibrant parish family.

It was a beautiful evening filled with delicious food, laughter, friendship, and fellowship. We thank God for the gift of our parish community and look forward to gathering together again soon.

St. Francis Summer Kickoff Picnic & Lobster Bake

Join us for the St. Francis Summer Kickoff Picnic & Lobster Bake on Saturday, June 6th from 6:00pm–9:00pm! Come celebrate the start of summer with delicious food, music, games, raffle prizes, desserts, and great fellowship with friends and parishioners. Enjoy a classic New England lobster bake or choose from several delicious dinner options for the whole family. Indoor and outdoor seating will be available rain or shine, and table reservations for groups of 6–8 can be arranged in advance. BYOB (water provided).

Tickets are on sale after all Masses, and all reservations and payments must be received by June 1st. Don’t miss this fun evening of food, friendship, and community at St. Francis of Assisi Parish! For reservations or questions, please call the parish office at 203-227-1341.

What an incredible evening at our Ladies Night Out Purse Bingo at St. Francis of Assisi Parish!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a fun-filled night of laughter, friendship, delicious food, and exciting bingo games. It was wonderful to see our parish hall filled with joy, community spirit, and so many smiling faces.

A very special thank you to our amazing co-chairs, Claire Newman and Monica Staehely, whose hard work, dedication, and countless hours of planning made this event such a tremendous success. We are also deeply grateful to all of our volunteers, sponsors, donors, and everyone who helped behind the scenes. Your generosity and support truly made the evening possible.

Thank you as well to everyone who attended and supported our parish community. We hope you had a fantastic time and maybe even went home with a beautiful new purse!

May God continue to bless our parish and all who make events like this so special.

What a beautiful afternoon we shared at our Senior Luncheon at St. Francis of Assisi Church!

We began with a Mass prior to the luncheon, and we were blessed to welcome many wonderful seniors from our parish and the Weston Senior Center for a joyful time of fellowship, delicious food, laughter, and community. It was truly heartwarming to see everyone gathered together, reconnecting, and enjoying one another’s company.

It was especially adorable and uplifting to see the children from our preschool sing at the beginning of the luncheon. Their joyful voices and bright smiles brought so much happiness to everyone present, setting a beautiful tone for the afternoon. We are deeply grateful to the children and their teachers for sharing such a special moment with us.

A special thank you to all the staff from the Weston Senior Center and to our dedicated volunteers whose hard work and generosity made this event possible. Your kindness helped create such a welcoming and joyful atmosphere for all.

We are especially grateful to Kathy Failla for organizing and coordinating this wonderful luncheon.

May God continue to bless all of our seniors, who remain a treasured part of our parish family and our wider community.
