Mt Union Association of General Baptists church association The Mt Union Association of General Baptist consists of 25 churches located in Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana.

It is one of the oldest General Baptist Associations that is still active. This page was created in order to encourage fellowship among our 25 churches. Please feel free to post upcoming church events, praises and prayer requests, and things that are working for you as Sunday School teachers as well!

If you are a deacon or minister, you missed the service last night at Scottsville last night as Bro. Jimmy Cushinberry preached a wonderful and encouraging message! We had a larger crowd but could have had many more.

Bro Mike Denning, 59 year deacon at Martin's Chapel General Baptist, passed away Monday February 23 at 81. Visitation will be at Wilkensen and Wiseman Funeral Home in Portland Tuesday 11-7. Masonic service at 7pm. Wednesday visitation at Martin's Chapel from 11 until service time at 2 pm. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. Please pray for his family and the church.

Mt. Union has a 12-13 ft tall Christmas tree that we will give to any church that would like to have it. We have used it for about the last 20 years so it has been well used but is usable shape. It is NOT prelit but will incude our lights AND DOESN'T include ornaments. We have it in two large totes and can meet any time Scottsville or possibly deliver if need be.

Christmas Supper for Ministers, Deacons and wives will be Tuesday December 9, 2025 at 7:00 at Maple Grove Fellowship Hall. Supper will be potluck. Please attend.
