Glory be to the Father, Who by His almighty power and love created me, making me in the image and likeness of God. Glory be to the Son, Who by His Precious Blood delivered me from hell, and opened for me the gates of heaven. Glory be to the Holy Spirit, Who has sanctified me in the sacrament of Baptism, and continues to sanctify me by the graces I receive daily from His bounty. Glory be to the Three adorable Persons of the Holy Trinity, now and forever. Amen.

Let us pause in solemn and prayerful remembrance of the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their courage, dedication, and ultimate sacrifice secured the freedoms we enjoy each day.

On this Memorial Day, their selfless acts naturally echo the words of our Savior: “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13.

Let us keep the families of the fallen in your hearts. We pray for God’s comfort over those who mourn, healing for those who bear the heavy burdens of loss, and peace for our nation and world. May we honor the legacy of our heroes by living lives of purpose, compassion, and gratitude.
