Following Jesus is a lifelong journey of seeing Him more clearly, knowing Him more deeply, and becoming less like ourselves and more like Him. I love the connection between these three passages in Mark 8. The blind man begins to see, Peter begins to understand who Jesus is, and then Jesus explains what it actually means to follow Him.

What happens when we believe God is able, but struggle to trust Him with our circumstances? In Mark 9, we discover the power of Jesus over evil, the impossible, and our unbelief. Jesus doesn’t call us to perfect faith, but to a growing faith that trusts and relies upon Him. Even in our doubts, we can cry out, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”

We still have our VBS, in collaboration with Free Life Community Church, going on every day until this Thursday (July 23rd) from 5:30PM to 8PM! Walk-ins are welcome too! We accept kids from kindergarten to 5th Grade.

Proceeds will go to our youth and kids programs!
