FOLLOWERS: WEEK 3

This week, our students are diving into a BIG truth about Jesus: He is fully God and fully human.

When Nathanael encountered Jesus, he began to see that Jesus was more than just a teacher or a man, He is God. Jesus even pointed Nathanael back to Jacob’s experience of seeing God and promised that he would experience something even greater!

The disciples didn’t always understand it right away, and honestly, neither do we. But as we discover who Jesus really is, our faith grows stronger.

We’re praying that our students won’t just follow Jesus because of what He can do, but that they’ll truly know WHO He is.

Jesus isn’t just someone we follow. He is God.

Our Calvary boys had an absolute blast at the SCCOG Boys Campout! From shooting bows and throwing axes to eating way too many Doritos, it was a weekend they won’t forget!

A huge thanks to all the dads who participated, volunteered, and helped make this event awesome for these boys. Your investment in these boys matters more than you know!

📢 Calvary Kids Parents Don’t Forget!

This Sunday immediately following the morning service, we’ll be having our Calvary Kids Parent Meeting in the Children’s Church.

We’ll be covering:
Ark Encounter trip information
Christmas play details, rehearsal schedule, and speaking roles
Fall events and important dates
Time for questions and updates

If your child plans to participate in the Christmas play, it’s especially important that a parent attends as we’ll be discussing rehearsal expectations.
