How do you know when you're being led down the wrong path? If you are want to follow God, then you need to know God and spend time with Him.

You can't find those that are leading you down the wrong path when you don't know the right path. Seek out God and follow Him before anyone or anything else.

This Sunday, we explored Matthew 7:13-20, where Jesus calls us to make a choice: follow Him down the narrow path, or drift along the wide, easy road that leads away from God. That choice is not a one-time decision, it is something we must make every single day.

Jesus also warns us to watch who we follow. False teachers may look good on the outside, but their actions reveal their true direction. The same is true for us: our actions tell the people around us whether we are truly following God.

What would the people in your life say about you? Would your actions point them toward God? If we are on His path, there should be fruit to show it.

Join us this Sunday as we wrap up this summer series and challenge ourselves to live lives that reflect Jesus to everyone around us.

Jesus said the path that leads to life is narrow, and the path that leads to destruction is wide and easy. Every day, we face a choice: follow God or follow the world. Our instincts pull us toward the easy road, but following Christ requires a deliberate decision made daily.

How do we stay on the right path? Know God's Word. Guard who you let lead you. And examine your own life honestly. As Jesus warned in Matthew 7, false guides look good on the outside but lead us the wrong way. We recognize them - and ourselves - by the fruit we produce.

What do your actions say about who you are following? The people around you are watching. Make sure your life points them toward God.
