10/23/2026

Life is busy, and the end-of-year busyness is fast approaching. What if you took an evening to slow down, quiet your heart, and spend some intentional time in prayer and community?

In the midst of the chaos, let's make room for peace. Let's make room for prayer. Let's orient our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls towards Christ. Let's make room for Him.

This is an event for women 18+ only.

This weekend is World Mission Sunday. This is the best way we can help the Holy Father and share in the universal mission of the Church to spread the faith through prayer and sacrifice. We may not be able to GO to the missions, but we can SEND to the missions both our prayers as well as the material means they need so much.

This weekend’s second collection will help the Holy Father extend the Church’s missionary work to places where the Gospel has never been heard before and where the Church is too young, too persecuted, or too poor to sustain herself. Thank you for your generosity and for being part of this global mission.

In a video message for the 100th World Mission Sunday, Pope Leo XIV...

We pray for our Holy Father.

We pray for our Holy Father.

Pope Leo XIV underwent thoracic surgery at Gemelli Hospital on Tuesday afternoon, as planned, according to a statement from Dr. Luigi Carbone and Professor Stefano Margaritora released by the Holy See Press Office.

The surgeons removed the lower lobe of the Pope’s right lung, and tissue examined during the operation confirmed the diagnosis of “lung adenocarcinoma,” as suspected from tests conducted beforehand.

The Pope was in the operating room approximately three hours, while the operation itself lasted about 90 minutes. The doctors said it was successful and there were no complications.

Pope Leo awoke normally after surgery and, following a brief period of observation, returned to his room on the hospital’s 10th floor, according to the statement.
