Calvary Missions A ministry of Calvary Community Church. Short Term Trips. Community Outreach. Child Sponsorship. Mission Partners.

Our mission trip this year was a reminder that every faithful next step with Jesus is an opportunity to trust and be used by Him. 🇺🇬

We partnered with Buyamba Uganda to put on a Bible Camp for the God Cares Schools Uganda Highschool students! 546 students attended the Bible camp and 73 students who confessed Jesus as Lord!

We also visited the communities and slums where some of these students live, we were reminded that ministry is about faithfully showing up, building relationships, sharing the gospel, and pointing people to Jesus.

YA, thank you for faithfully showing up, serving, loving, and being part of what God is doing in Uganda! .

There is a team from currently serving in Uganda. The team led the Primary school chapel and will help lead a Bible camp at the Secondary School. There are over 500 students registered for the camp, and they had to start a waitlist because so many people want to attend. Please pray for our team as they help make disciples who live and love like Jesus.

Exciting Legacy progress in Uganda! 🇺🇬

Thanks to the generosity of our Calvary family through the Legacy Campaign, construction on the third story of the Buyamba Uganda Boys Dormitory is moving forward!

This much-needed expansion will provide safe housing for hundreds of students who are receiving an education, hearing the Gospel, and being equipped for a brighter future. What was once a vision is becoming a reality because of your faithful commitment to invest in the next generation

Thank you for helping make this possible. Your generosity is making a lasting impact in Uganda and changing lives for generations to come.

Our mission partner recently shared this incredible testimony from their team. We were so encouraged that we wanted to share with you. Please partner with us in praying for the uncertainty in Iran and for their mission of sharing the gospel and helping believers grow.

Yesterday, Girl Scout Troop 66047 toured Calvary to see where we store our Fresh Market Fresh Food, Non-Perishables for our Food Pantry, and our Angel Threads Clothing Ministry. They have been diligently collecting food for our pantry, and they will be back to serve with us this summer on OutREACH Tuesday.

Our first Summer Reach kicked off Saturday at Golden Heart Ranch (GHR). GHR is a local ranch in Agoura Hills that provides young adults living with disabilities opportunities to reach their fullest potential and enjoy meaningful, satisfying, and joyful lives. Volunteers completed tasks ranging from cleaning, raking, and weeding to minor construction. Check the link in our bio to join one of our other amazing Summer Reach projects.
