We are deeply grieved by the unexpected passing of Pastor Simeon Rosete Jr. and share in the sorrow of his family and all who loved him. Our hearts ache with Sister Ellen, his children Jing, Joy, and Jane, and their families, as well as with the entire church community that shares in this profound loss. Pastor Rosete faithfully served the Lord and His people for many years, touching countless lives through his devoted ministry. He pastored at Central Filipino Church, Glendale Filipino Church, and United Filipino Church, and continued preaching in various congregations even after retirement. His faithful service and leadership in the SCC Asian-Pacific Ministries will be deeply missed.

In this time of grief, we take comfort in God’s unfailing love and the Blessed Hope that assures us this is not goodbye forever. We humbly ask for your continued prayers for the Rosete family, that God’s peace and presence will surround and strengthen them.

Services:
Viewing – January 29 (Thursday), 4:00–8:00 PM | Central Filipino Church
Funeral – January 31 (Saturday), 1:30–4:30 PM | Central Filipino Church
Interment – Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills
Reception to follow at Central Filipino Church

Asian-Pacific Ministries has a lot to be grateful for this year. God has answered a couple of our prayers. We give thanks and praise to the Lord for His goodness.
