Apologies to anyone watching at home! Something happened and the livestream went down after about 10 minutes.
Pastor Terra's message of love and knowing that when we go out into the world we represent God, FUMC Westfield and The First United Methodist church as a whole was meaningful and enlightening. If anyone would like her message, she has offered to share it through email. We all thank Pastor Terra for joining us and spending this morning with us!

There will be no book study this week, but will resume next Wednesday at Agawam FUMC.
Our Food Pantry Collection is Easter treats- boxed mixes of cakes, breads, muffins, and brownies as well as frosting and decorations too.
The Hilltop group will meet Tuesday March 17th at 11:30 at the Hash House.
MMT will meet Friday March 20th at 10am in SMLC and on zoom.
March 20th is our next Soup Kitchen date - contact Deb Michaud for more information.

An important message from Pastor Terra-
There is a winter advisory for our area TODAY (Wednesday) starting at 1PM that forecasts 2-4 inches of snow, with conditions especially bad this evening that make travel on the roads dangerous.
Therefore, I unfortunately have to cancel today's planned study at WSUMC.
Please stay home, and safe.
Because of having to cancel due to snow we will have the last session on April 8th.
Looking forward to a Lent with all of you.

Tomorrow's Sunday's Worship Service (February 8th) HAS BEEN CANCELLED due to forecasts for cold weather tonight into Sunday with temperatures below zero and wind gusts up to 30 mph and wind chill factors about 20 below and possible 1-3 inches of additional snow by Sunday morning.

Stay warm and safe and hopefully everybody's power will stay on 🙏

Go Patriots! The New England Conference churches of the United Methodist Church have been challenged by the Seahawk supporters of the Pacific Northwest Conference of UMC churches to a friendly contest of contributions of non-perishable items... the winner being all the local food pantries across these two conferences!

This Sunday please consider bringing your cans and boxes to donate in this one-time Souper-Bowl contribution.
Our efforts will be recorded and reported back to the Conference on Monday, increasing our contribution to fight hunger during this especially cold season. What a way to warm our hearts! See you Sunday! Go Pats!❤️💙❤️💙
