Ministries here at Grace!
๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐: Meets the 2nd Saturday of each month.
๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐: Meets every Sunday morning (The Lord's Day) at 9:15am before worship and be a part of the preaching's power. (Prayer for Preaching) - Charles Spurgeon, one of the most powerful preachers of the 19th century, when asked the secret of his preaching responded, "My boiler room" and he then took the person into the church basement where people were gathered together praying for the preaching of the word. Charles Spurgeon said, "I do not look for any other means of converting men beyond the simple preaching of the gospel and the opening of men's ears to it. It has been through the ministry that the Lord has always been pleased to revive and bless his churches" (Spurgeon 1962, V.). Some even go so far as to say that the congregation is responsible for the preaching as "corporate prayer is the divinely appointed means of securing the triune God's blessing on the preaching of the gospel" (McGraw 2014, 18). We believe the same thing here at Grace church.
