Through the generosity and service of Epiphany volunteers, the first delivery of Barbara’s Bundles was recently completed. Volunteers assembled 50 tote bags filled with personal care items commonly needed by cancer patients undergoing treatment. Each Bundle also included a handwritten card containing words of Christian encouragement, hope, and support.
We are especially thankful for the many generous Epiphany members who provided financial support for this effort. Through their gifts, nearly 60% of the project's costs were covered, making it possible to provide Barbara’s Bundles and share Christ's love with those facing difficult cancer treatments.
Barbara’s Bundles were delivered to a local cancer center, Hematology Oncology of Indiana (HOI), where they were enthusiastically received. We give thanks to God for the opportunity to serve our neighbors in need and for the volunteers, donors, and prayer supporters who made this project possible. And we are so grateful for all the caregivers at HOI.
