The Eastwood Junior.Academy is operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church to help provide and promote a spiritually-oriented education. The belief in the existence of the Creator God is fundamental in the philosophy of Seventh-day Adventist schools. We respect His divine authority and recognize His intervention in human affairs. We believe that true education develops the spiritual, mental, and physical powers of each student; preparing them for the joy of service in this life and for the higher joy of service in the life to come. To achieve this goal, we encourage each student to:
- develop a personal relationship with God and his fellow men as stated in Matthew 2:37-39;
- master basic academic skills;
- value labor, physical and/or mental, as the blessing God intended; and
- cultivate physical fitness, mental ability, and moral purity as the blessings God intended. An Amazing School! This school is amazing. The building itself is brand new so the appearance is beautiful, however, it is the teachers and staff that make it exceptional. I actually attended Eastwood Junior Academy from 1st - 8th grade. I loved my teachers, and the one-on-one attention they gave me. Sometimes you are asked if there was a special teacher you can remember who helped mold you into the person you are today. For me, I look back at all of my school years, and the teachers who stand out are my teachers from Eastwood Junior Academy. I currently have one child enrolled and next school year two of my children will be attending EJA. It is an immeasurable blessing that they too will be blessed by having some of the same teachers I had. If anyone asked me why I send my children to EJA, it is not just one reason -- I love the staff, the other children who attend the school, the atmosphere, but the MOST important reason for sending my children to EJA is for them to build their relationship with the Lord. ~B. A Wonderful School
Eastwood is a wonderful school. It teaches you a lot. It was fun playing with the teachers and my friends. It was me, my brother's, and my sister's first year and it was a lot of fun at Eastwood. ~Joseph 5/31/2008

God's Inside
All people who read this: In this school looks can be deceiving. Everybody is full of love, and joy. Most importantly, God is inside here every day.
