Join us this Sunday for All Saints' Day on, November 1, 2026. This centers deeply on the biblical theology of the "community of saints" and the concept of holiness.
John Wesley famously loved All Saints' Day, and Wesleyan congregations use this day to blend a celebration of God's transforming grace with a practical focus on holy living.
We look to Hebrews 12:1-2. The day is viewed as an annual celebration of the global, historical communion of all true Christian pilgrims—both those still alive on earth and those who have passed into glory.
In Wesleyan theology, a "saint" is simply someone whose life and actions reflect Christ through the empowering work of the Holy Spirit. Sunday services on November 1 will be a time to reflect on the example of ordinary mentors—grandparents, local pastors, or historical figures—who modeled real, lived sanctification.
