The next meeting of the Saint Margaret of Castello Society will take place on 11/20/21. All are welcome, please share! For this month we had to change the date due to scheduling conflicts.

The Saint Margaret of Castillo Society seeks to recognize, celebrate, and elevate the dignity of people with developmental disabilities by fostering inclusion into the Parish Community through activities and programs that facilitate and enhance individual self-worth, community of belonging, and the formation of relationships based on Christian love.

Please welcome Michelle Carpenter as the new director of the Saint Margaret Society.

Our monthly activities, are (usually) held on the second Saturday of each month, from 4:30 pm to 6;00 p.m., at St. Therese Old Catholic Church, 1500 Main Street, West Warwick, RI. Mass is celebrated at 3:45pm, for anyone who would like to attend. All are welcome to attend the activities of the Saint Marguerite Society.

Our next meeting is 11/20/21. We will be making a Thanksgiving craft. All materials will be provided. Feel free to bring something to eat. Due to Covid concerns we will not be having a pot luck, but we will provide a snack and water. Of course, as always, there will be food, friendship and fun.

Please let us know by responding below if you will be attending so we will be sure to provide enough supplies.

The Blessed Marguerite of Castillo Society is returning on 9/11/21!

The Blessed Marguerite of Castillo Society seeks to recognize, celebrate, and elevate the dignity of people with developmental disabilities by fostering inclusion into the Parish Community through activities and programs that facilitate and enhance individual self-worth, community of belonging, and the formation of relationships based on Christian love.

The June meeting of the Blessed Marguerite of Castillo Society meeting will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Saint Therese Old Catholic Church, 1500 Main St., West Warwick, RI. This month, Mary Jane Bohlen, will be teaching Zentangle! Zentangle is an art of drawing repetitive patterns, that are said to be meditative and relaxing. Mass is celebrated at 4:30 p.m, prior to the meeting. If you would like to participate in mass by reading, or bringing up the gifts, please let me know. As always, we will have food, friendship and fun!! There is no cost to attend, all materials are provided and all are welcome! Please spread the word!

The May meeting of the Blessed Marguerite of Castillo Society meeting will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Saint Therese Old Catholic Church, 1500 Main St., West Warwick, RI. This month one of our members, Andrew Palumbo, will be teaching a craft to the group! Mass is celebrated at 4:30 p.m, prior to the meeting. If you would like to participate in mass by reading, or bringing up the gifts, please let me know. As always, there is no cost to attend, all materials are provided and all are welcome! I will be bringing gf taco pasta, feel free to bring a snack to share. Please spread the word!

The April meeting of the Blessed Marguerite of Castillo Society meeting will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Saint Therese Old Catholic Church, 1500 Main St., West Warwick, RI. This month our meeting will be held on the fourth Saturday, due to Holy Week and Easter. At this meeting one of our parishioners, Mary Jane Bohlen will be leading the group in Zentangle. Zentangle is a form of art that is easy and is said to be relaxing and calming. Of course there will be food, friendship and fun! If any of our other members have an idea for a meeting, or would like to share their talents with the group please let me know, and we will make it happen. Mass is celebrated at 4:30 p.m, prior to the meeting. If you would like to participate in mass by reading, or bringing up the gifts, please let me know. As always, there is no cost to attend, and all are welcome! Please spread the word!

The Blessed Marguerite of Castillo Society seeks to recognize, celebrate, and elevate the dignity of people with developmental disabilities by fostering inclusion into the Parish Community through activities and programs that facilitate and enhance individual self-worth, community of belonging, and the formation of relationships based on Christian love.

The Blessed Marguerite of Castillo Society meets the third Saturday of every month from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Saint Therese Old Catholic Church, 1500 Main Street, West Warwick, RI. Come and meet new friends, and enjoy a fun evening. February’s meeting is Saturday, February 16, 2018. At this meeting Lizzie Johnson will be leading us in a project to celebrate love! Mass is at 4:30 pm, for all those interested. I will be bringing Mac and cheese and some other goodies. If you can, please bring a snack to share. Help spread the word, there is no cost to attend, and all are welcome!
