This excerpt from the upcoming release of the revised Holy Lands RPG; Trinity - Book 1: Genesis shows that players no longer need to worry about the RoH applying limitations to lesser Bonuses or Attributes until the highest Bonus or Attribute reaches a specific threshold. This change allows more focus and specialty in a desired area before needing to give attention to lesser Bonuses or Attributes.
