As we gather ourselves unto Jesus Christ by following His teachings, we experience liberty and freedom that only His gospel can provide—liberty to have personal revelation and freedom to become who Heavenly Father wants us to be.

Unrighteous living can lead to bo***ge and limitations, both physical and spiritual. As we assist in gathering our friends and loved ones to the gospel, including by helping them to make and keep sacred covenants with God, we can help them find freedom from many types of bo***ge.

As you live righteously, you will not only escape bo***ge from the adversary, but you will also become an example of hope and light to others.

Amy A. Wright: "Recently, our presidency and council visited a lovely rock chapel in Farmington, Utah, where under the direction of priesthood leaders, the first Primary was held on Sunday, August 25, 1878, with 224 children attending. Now, more than 140 years later, the Primary organization has approximately one million children and counting.

While reflecting on the past and preparing for the future, I was reminded of the following quote by Martha Hughes Cannon: “Let us not waste our talents in the cauldron of modern nothingness, but strive to become women of intellect, and endeavor to do some little good while we live in this protracted gleam called life.”

I am eternally grateful for the sacred privilege of being able to serve side by side with these remarkable, faith-filled, intelligent women as together we have endeavored to “do some little good while we live.” I have come to learn throughout my life that nothing connects hearts faster and makes the bonds of friendship stronger than when you are united with those you love in the cause of Christ. Thank you for the memories, Susan H. Porter and Camille N. Johnson. “I cannot say the smallest part which I feel” (Alma 26:16)."
