West Franklin Community Church

West Franklin Community Church We invite you to continue the tradition and join us Sundays at 9am. The first Methodist Episcopal Church building was dedicated at this location in 1849.

Our West Franklin Community Church Family feels truly blessed to continue the legacy of worship on this corner. The church was built of timber on a foundation of boulders. In 1875, a new brick building was dedicated replacing the original wooden structure. By the 1890's more classroom space was added on the west end of the building. A stained glass window was dedicated in memory of Ezekiel Masters

, one of the early supporters of the church. The new fellowship/narthex addition was completed in 2010. Please come and join us for worship at 9am on Sundays to continue the legacy of worship on this corner since 1849!

Thank you to everyone who came HOME to West Franklin yesterday to celebrate 175 years of faith and friendship. It was a beautiful day made extra special with all of you! Everyone is always welcome Sunday mornings at 9 am for Church with Sunday School at 10:15. Bible study is Thursday evening at 5 pm. See you soon!
