Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Preschool is an extension Of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. We offer two preschool programs: the Cricket Class (4 year old students) and the Caterpillar Class (3 year old students). The Teacher/pupil ratio is small and allows for individual and small group, readiness activities. The classrooms are set up for free exploration, and age-appropriat
e materials are accessible to both child and teacher. Our caring environment is based on the Gospel values of God's love in Jesus transmitted through the church and staff. We promote learning through expressive play, prayer, and art, as well as through stories, plays, music, movement, blocks, and other manipulatives. Creativity and expression of oneself are explored in a safe, encouraging, and caring learning environment. Learning assessments and observations are shared with our students' families in order to guide parents in partnering with us in their child's first, formal education experience.
