Crispy Savory Veggie Balls 🧆
Easy, flavorful, and perfect for snacks, lunch boxes, or quick dinners.
1. Cheesy Rice Balls 🧀
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 egg
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix everything together, shape into balls, and bake at 390°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until golden.
2. Lentil Veggie Balls 🌿
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked lentils
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt and paprika to taste
Directions:
Mash lightly, mix all ingredients, shape into balls, and bake until lightly crisp outside.
3. Zucchini Herb Balls 🥒
Ingredients:
1 zucchini, grated and drained
1 cup cooked rice
1 egg
Fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp grated parmesan
Directions:
Combine ingredients, form small balls, and cook in the oven or air fryer until golden.
4. Broccoli Cheese Balls 🥦
Ingredients:
2 cups steamed broccoli, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
1 egg
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix well, shape into balls, and bake at 375°F (190°C) until lightly browned.
