Pastor Timothy was born on December 13th on the Caribbean island of Trinidad and relocated to the United States in his early youth. He was raised by Christian parents in the admonition of the Lord. He received Jesus (Salvation) into his life at age 10 and began to mature spiritually. During Timothy’s youth, he always knew that God placed a ministry on his life and was waiting for the right time to
step into his calling. In August of 2004, at age 22, several Pastors, Prophets and Apostles prophetically spoke into his life about the powerful gift and ministerial calling that God had placed on his life. This gift and ministerial calling was also confirmed by dreams and insights he received from the Holy Spirit. In January 2005 on a Saturday morning, Timothy preached his first message over the radio station WEXY in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since then, and after much training, he was ordained and licensed as a Minister by Word of the Living God Ministries in Pompano Beach, Florida. Timothy attended the University of Phoenix and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Management. He also earned his Master’s of Arts in Biblical Studies at South Florida Bible College & Theological Seminary. Upon earning his Master’s, he was one of the few to receive the University President’s Award for outstanding merit and academic accomplishment in the area of Theology. He was also accepted into the Association for Biblical Higher Education Honors Society, an accredited institution established since 1939 in the United States. He is the founder of World Miracle Ministries Inc., a church located in the island of Trinidad and Tobago. Prophetic Ministries, a Facebook social media platform, having a following audience of over 50,000 members that broadcast online-church service weekly. In 2020, Timothy founded the Perfecting the Saints Bible Institute, an 18-week course that trains and equip men and women to serve in ministry. The school first successful graduation was in May 2021, graduating 19 students. In his early ministry, Timothy served as the Young Adult Pastor at Word of the Living God Ministries in Pompano Beach, Florida under the Senior Pastor, Apostle Dr. John Mohorn. Later in his ministry, Timothy had the opportunity to minister the gospel in church services, revivals, outdoor tent crusades, conferences, street gatherings, U.S. military gatherings, hospitals, and radio broadcast. He also had a jail ministry where he would minister to prisoners at the Broward County Sheriff jail every Wednesday for over two years. He has received exceptional mentoring by his spiritual father and as a life style, continues to seek God with sincere study of the scriptures, fasting, and praying. Since the start of his evangelistic ministry, Timothy has traveled throughout the United States, Caribbean, and as far as India, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and wining souls into the Kingdom of God. Many lives have been saved, transformed and permanently changed due to the anointing that is on Timothy’s life. He flows with a strong prophetic and word-of-knowledge gift. God also uses Timothy in the deliverance realm where many that were demon possessed was delivered and set free. The anointing Timothy carries is described as “a missile and atomic bomb that damage the devil’s kingdom”. Truly Timothy flows with a powerful Prophetic, Deliverance and Healing gift that have led to countless testimonies. Timothy gives all credit to the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ who works through him allowing him the supernatural ability to effectively engage in such anointed and powerful works. He is married to his lovely wife Shenelle, who serves closely with him in ministry.
