What does it really mean to be transformed? In this session, we explore the foundation of spiritual change: how God's mercy invites your WHOLE SELF, body, soul, and spirit, into renewal.

Paul doesn't call you to escape your body or transcend your mind. He calls you to present yourself entirely to God and to let your mind be transformed. For those carrying trauma, inherited patterns, or deep questions about whether real change is possible, this opening teaches us that transformation is both God's work AND your participation.

This is Scripture, neuroscience, and spiritual practice held together.

Join us as we dig into Romans 12:1-2 and discover what it means to refuse conformity and embrace transformation.
