Ordained to the preaching ministry, Michael has served both as Conference Speaker, Minister to Single Adults, and Worship Leader. He is also the author of, ''Prayer I The Passion and The Power.'' This conference on prayer is designed to instruct and empower believers on the necessity of prevailing prayer as a tool to reshape the destiny of the individual, the Church, and the nation for the glory of God. Michael is also an accomplished pianist and composer and currently resides in West Palm Beach, Florida.

My friends, please listen to my words. I implore you from all my heart, please listen.

I believe the main reason we as God's people and the nation at large do not take seriously what we're facing is because it has not touched us on a personal level yet.

On the day God's wrath is poured out on our land, many will find themselves in the throes of pain, regret, disillusionment and great fear. Please do not be one of those who were foolish and did not prepare their souls for the coming judgment. But be wise in understanding this season we find ourselves in and live accordingly. Always discerning the will of the Lord.

What we're experiencing now is the calm before the storm.

We live in an age of "Christian Celebrity." Everything from writing books that make the New York Times, "Bestseller List',' to giving autographs, otherwise known as book signings to running the circuit on every television hosts program.

The sheep will stand in line for hours if need be to have their favorite author write some touching memento in their newly purchased book by that author. Neither party know each other personally, so how meaningful can it possibly be?

We throw them up on pedestals of man made glory and shout their praises until the next time they come to town and then we do it all over again. We do it with preachers, singers, political people, movie stars and athletes.

I tell you the truth before God, I would rather die, than have any glory that belongs to Jesus, ever come to me on account of my service unto Him.

There is but one God and He is in heaven. The Lord Jesus Christ! Bow the knee to Him, honor, Him, worship Him. Give Him the totality of your heart, mind and soul. And realize that even though God uses men to accomplish His will, they are not to be worshipped.

We can do better than this!

Christianity in it's purest most organic form is powerful, supernatural and unbelievably holy.

The fundamental reason we're not seeing the Book of Acts being played out in our experience today is because of our unbelief and disobedience.

Make no mistake, Jesus is not coming back for what we're turned His house into. He's coming back for the church triumphant. A people who have overcome the flesh, the devil and the world. A holy people full of the Holy Ghost and power.

We need to cease looking for the escape hatch and begin engaging our culture the way Jesus commands us to engage it. Through the power of the Holy Spirit and prayer!

Romans 10:9 tells us:

''If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.''

Notice the two key words that God uses as necessary to receive salvation, CONFESS and BELIEVE.

Those two words are the keys that also unlock every blessing that God promises His children.

Therefore, let us study the scriptures and meditate upon them until they are deeply rooted in our hearts so we BELIEVE WITHOUT DOUBTING and then BOLDLY MAKE OUR CONFESSION as to the promise and watch God go to work on our behalf!

''He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?'' ROMANS 8:32
