"I could never do that."

If you've ever thought about going on a mission trip, there's a good chance you've also had thoughts like these:

What if I don't know what to say?
What if someone asks me a question I can't answer?
What if my faith isn't strong enough?
What if I'm not qualified?

Here's the good news...

God has never been limited by someone who feels unqualified. Hallelujah!

In fact, some of the most meaningful moments on our mission trips happen through people serving for the very first time.

We watch their uncertainty turn into confidence.
Their fear become compassion.
Their hesitation become boldness.

They discover that sharing the Gospel isn't about having all the answers. It's about loving people, listening well, sharing what Jesus has done in your own life, and trusting the Holy Spirit to do what only He can do.

And somewhere along the way, they realize something unexpected:

God wasn't just working through them. He was working in them.

One of my favorite parts of every mission trip is watching first-time volunteers experience the joy of seeing God move in ways they never imagined. It's hard to describe until you've experienced it yourself.

If the thought of serving on a mission trip has been stirring in your heart, maybe that's not an accident.

You don't have to know everything.
You don't have to be a Bible scholar.
You don't have to have it all figured out.

You simply have to be willing to say, "Here I am, Lord."

Whether God leads you to serve with International Solid Rock or another Christ-centered ministry, my prayer is that you'll be open to where He is calling you.

You may think you're going to change someone else's life.

Don't be surprised if God changes yours, too. ❤️

It's hard to put into words what God accomplished in Cuba this past week. 🙌 ❤️ 🙏

Our International Solid Rock team, joined by an incredible group from Grace Fellowship Church in West Palm Beach, has returned home from Cuba with hearts forever changed.

Over the course of one week, we witnessed God move in remarkable ways:

• 155 home visits, sharing the hope of Jesus Christ and encouraging families.
• 75 people made the life-changing decision to follow Christ.
• 59 women attended our women's conference, where 2 ladies accepted Christ.
• 64 people participated in our marriage conference, where 4 people accepted Christ.
• 67 church leaders and believers attended our first-ever apologetics conference to grow deeper in their faith.
• 246 meals were served throughout the week.
• More than 1,000 pounds (half a ton!) of humanitarian aid was distributed through local churches.
220 children attended our Festival of Hope, where they experienced the love of Christ through games, laughter, and the Gospel.

But beyond the numbers are names.

Families who heard the Gospel.
Children who experienced the love of Jesus.
Churches strengthened.
Believers encouraged.
Lives changed for eternity.

Thank you to everyone who prayed, gave, packed supplies, and supported this trip. You were part of every conversation, every meal served, every home visited, and every person who heard the Good News.

As we celebrate all that God has done, please continue to pray for our brothers and sisters in Cuba. Most communities are still experiencing daily power outages that last most of the day, and some families have been without running water for months. Yet the church continues to serve faithfully, sharing the hope of Christ in the midst of incredibly difficult circumstances.

Please pray that God would strengthen them, provide for their needs, and continue to use His Church as a light throughout Cuba.

To God alone be the glory! 🇨🇺🙌

Just before Jesus returned to heaven, He gathered His disciples and gave them one final instruction:

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations..." (Matthew 28:19)

For some, "go" means boarding a plane to another country.

For others, it means walking across the street to meet a neighbor.

Sometimes it means visiting someone in prison.
Sometimes it means sitting beside a friend in a hospital room.
Sometimes it means crossing the office to encourage a coworker or having a conversation you've been putting off.

The destination isn't the point.

Obedience is.

Jesus never called His followers to stay comfortable. He called us to go—into the places where people need hope, truth, grace, and the love of Christ.

This week, as our teams serve in Cuba and minister in prisons across Montana, we've been reminded that the mission hasn't changed in over 2,000 years. The locations may be different, but the calling is the same.

Every believer has a mission field.

The question isn't whether we're called to go.

The question is: Where is Jesus asking you to go today?

Maybe it's a conversation.
Maybe it's forgiveness.
Maybe it's serving someone who can never repay you.
Maybe it's finally saying "yes" to something God has been placing on your heart.

Whatever it is, remember this: Jesus didn't just give the command to go. He also gave the promise that follows it.

"And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:20)

We never go alone.

Whether your mission field is across the world or across the hallway, may we all be faithful to take the next step God has placed before us.

Wherever He leads... let's go. ❤️

Behind these walls are women with names, stories, families, regrets, hopes... and an incredible need to know they are loved by God.

This week, our Church Behind Bars team has the privilege of serving across Montana, including two days at the Montana Women's Unit and a day at Passages Women's Center.

Through music, biblical teaching, worship, and personal ministry, we're sharing a simple but life-changing message:

No one is beyond the reach of God's grace.

Would you join us in praying for the women we've met this week?

Pray that those who have placed their faith in Christ will continue to grow.
Pray for those still searching, that their hearts would be open to the hope of the Gospel.
And pray for the chaplains and prison staff who faithfully serve these women every day.

Thank you for partnering with us as we continue taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those behind prison walls.

Today, our International Solid Rock team, joined by friends from Grace Fellowship Church in West Palm Beach, begins a one-week mission trip to Cuba.

Over the next several days, we'll be delivering humanitarian aid, sharing the Gospel through house-to-house evangelism, encouraging church leaders through an apologetics conference, ministering to women, and completing the second half of our marriage conference.

Most importantly, we'll be walking alongside our Cuban brothers and sisters in Christ—encouraging them, praying with them, and reminding them that they are not forgotten.

Would you join us in prayer this week?

🙏 Pray for safe travels and good health.
🙏 Pray for open hearts as we share the hope of Jesus Christ.
🙏 Pray that the Lord would strengthen and encourage the churches throughout Cuba.
🙏 Pray that many lives would be transformed for His glory.

Thank you for standing with us through your prayers and support. We can't wait to share what God does in the days ahead.

Before Jesus sent His disciples...

He called them to be with Him.

Sometimes we become so focused on doing for God that we forget our greatest strength comes from simply being with Him.

Whether you're heading to work, serving on a mission trip, visiting a prison, or caring for your family today, don't rush past the One who gives you the strength to serve.

Ministry doesn't begin when we arrive somewhere.

It begins in His presence.

"Apart from Me you can do nothing." — John 15:5

May everything we do this week flow from time spent with Jesus.

This week, International Solid Rock is serving in two very different places—but with one unchanging mission.

🇺🇸 Our Church Behind Bars team is ministering in Montana, sharing the hope of Jesus Christ with incarcerated men and women through music, teaching, and discipleship.

🇨🇺 On Saturday, another ISR team, joined by friends from Grace Fellowship Church, will travel to Cuba to encourage local churches, share the Gospel from house to house, minister to children, and deliver much-needed humanitarian aid.

Whether inside prison walls or across international borders, our prayer remains the same:

That lives would be transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Would you join us in praying this week?

• Pray for safe travel.
• Pray for open hearts.
• Pray for boldness and wisdom.
• Pray that many would come to know Christ.

Thank you for standing with us as we continue taking the Gospel to the imprisoned and the persecuted church. ❤️

Earlier this week, 571 pounds of humanitarian aid began its journey to our brothers and sisters in Cuba. 🇨🇺❤️

These boxes are filled with more than supplies—they're filled with hope, encouragement, and reminders that the Body of Christ has not forgotten them.

A special thank you to Grace Fellowship Church in West Palm Beach for collecting these donations and partnering with us to meet both practical and spiritual needs during this difficult season.

Every box represents the generosity of God's people and the love of Christ in action.

Thank you to everyone who gave, packed, prayed, and made this shipment possible.

It's stories like this that keep us coming back.

In just two weeks, our team—joined by an incredible group from —will once again travel to Cuba. Every trip is another opportunity to share the hope of Jesus Christ with someone who needs Him.

On our last trip, we visited a home where we met Nelson.

For more than 20 years, his faithful wife had been praying for his salvation. Through every season of life, she never stopped believing that God would answer her prayers.

That day, during a simple conversation about the hope found in Christ, Nelson opened his heart and received Jesus as his Savior.

And here's a fun connection: it was ISR's own VP, Chip Nelson, who had the privilege of leading Nelson to the Lord. In Cuba, when two people share the same name, they're called *tocayos*!

In just two weeks, we'll have the great privilege of returning to Cuba, where Chip will baptize his new *tocayo* as Nelson publicly declares his faith in Jesus Christ.

We love that little detail—but even more, we love what it represents. God is still changing lives. 🙌 He is still answering prayers. 🙏 And He is still drawing people to Himself. ❤

As we prepare for this next mission, would you pray with us?

Pray for open hearts.
Pray for divine appointments.
Pray for the Grace Fellowship and ISR teams as they serve together.
And pray that many more stories like Nelson's will be written for the glory of God.

Thank you for standing with us as we continue taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who need it most. 🇨🇺❤️

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day!

Today we're thankful for the freedoms we enjoy and for the men and women who have sacrificed to protect them.

As we celebrate with family, friends, and fireworks, may we also remember the greatest freedom of all—the freedom found in Jesus Christ.

Please join us in praying for our nation, for those serving around the world, and for those living where religious freedom is limited. May we never take for granted the opportunity to openly worship, share the Gospel, and live out our faith.

"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom." — 2 Corinthians 3:17

Have a blessed and safe Fourth of July! 🇺🇸
