FALL SERMON SERIES: “Life is either a daring adventure,” said Helen Keller, “or nothing at all.” Isn’t the same things true with faith? To grow deeper in faith, one must go deeper into the unknown, into vulnerability, into openness, and into risk. Jesus never said, “Come and stay put.” Instead, Jesus said, “Come and follow me.” We hope you will join us for our Fall sermon series, starting Sunday September 13th as we begin looking at some of the epic journeys of faith in scripture and learn what it looks like to join the daring adventure of journeying with God.

WALKING IN RHYTHM – The Heartbeat of Our Church
Sunday, August 23 at 9:30 AM

Join Larry and Cynthia Bethune on Sunday, August 23 at 9:30 AM in Fellowship Hall for an interactive drum circle worship experience celebrating the heartbeat of our community.

NO MUSICAL TALENT IS REQUIRED — YOUR presence is all that is needed. Bring your own percussion instrument, or enjoy one provided by the Bethunes, or just bring an old pot and a wooden spoon as we journey together from many separate rhythms toward unity, joy, and one shared purpose. Through simple rhythms, listening, laughter, and participation, we will experience the heartbeat of our church while having fun together — what better way is there to spend a Sunday morning?
