Orders can be paid for on the Liberty Grove app (under the giving section mark it for the youth account) , or checks/cash (made out to Liberty grove) can be given to thayne or myself by Sunday at the absolute latest.

Hey yall! Just a reminder, State Convention (LCGYF) is coming up November 18-20th. If your student has not already signed up but wants to go or to bring a friend, please let us know asap so that we make sure we have enough rooms and get them registered.
There will be a $20 registration fee due on Sunday, October 30th. Along with that registration fee we will need a Tshirt size for that student. You can pay early and let us know your student is coming anytime, just drop the money, t-shirt size, and students name to the front office. We will be out of town until the 29th however we will still be avaliable to answer any questions you have.
This year convention will be in west monroe, so there is no better time to get your student involved.

Hey y’all! Don’t forget that Dixie Diehards is this Saturday, October 1st at Biedenharn. We will meet at 10:15 at Biedenharn to get ready. (I believe it will be the first field when you pull in) Thayne will have a van at the church to leave at 9:30 if your student needs a ride to the game. Send them with some money as they will most likely grab lunch after.
Also, we could really use all the help we can get so please encourage your student to come as well as yourself and any other adults or friends you can think of. Thank you! If you have any questions please let us know and if you/your child will be riding in the van with us please let us know 😁

Don’t forget our back to school bash is tonight at 6pm! The weather is looking great so invite all your friends and family!

Don’t forget our Annual Back to School Bash is THIS Friday at 6pm! All students entering into 6th grade thru 2022 Seniors and their families are welcome.
We will have a 27ft water slide, a giant slip n’ slide kickball game, over 700 water balloons for a water balloon war, as well as hotdogs, drinks, and cotton candy.
Bring a swimsuit, a towel, and your friends!
We can’t wait. We had 30 students last year, let’s see if we can top that this year! Even if it’s sprinkling!

We will be leaving to take our seniors to Florida for their senior trip on Sunday morning!
We have rented an Airbnb and will be cooking most meals at the house. So I was wondering if anyone has some extra eggs they would like to donate to our trip for breakfast. We will need 7-8 dozen total so any that can be donated would be amazing 😁 thanks in advance! Thayne can come grab them from you this week or even get them from you on Wednesday!
