IF YOU PLAY WITH FIRE, then you will get burned.

God's Word is not to be used as a manipulation tactic, smoke screen, or have His name profaned.
If there's no real dedication or sincere repentance, then all you'll have is just a religious ceremony or ritual.
We want a marriage without the dictates of how a marriage works. We want a nation under God without obedience to God.
We want the house without doing what it takes to make it a home.
When you play with fire and offer lip service to God without being intentional, then there's a price to be paid according to Leviticus 10:1-3. The lives of two priests were lost because what they offered to the true and living God was illegitimate.
The Bible calls it "strange fire."
God wants His fire from the altar, where there's a sacrifice for sin. God wants authentic dedication and offering, not just window dressing. When there's a real offering or dedication to God in a person's life or nation, then the first question to ask is:
What sin needs to die? What got us here, and what needs to change?
What sin needs to die in the life of a person or nation? When there's genuine dedication, then there should be a sacrifice.
What sin are we willing to give up?
What price are we willing to pay beyond religious words or rhetoric? You think you get to hold on to that which Christ died for?
That is an insult and shame to God Himself. Moses noted that God required priests and leaders to show "holiness" in their service, their conduct, character, and spoken words.
You can actually dishonor, shame, or profane the name of God by presenting an offering to God but not living holy unto God (Leviticus 21:6-8).
When you're authentic about your service and offering to God, then you'll submit to the whole counsel of God, not just your favorite scripture or social circle that only benefits your agenda. If you want an institution without the governing body of that institution, then the institution itself will soon crumble. I'll be the first one to say none of us is perfect, but if you choose to play with fire and not respect the fire, you will get burned.

If we're going to do it, then let's attempt to do it right.
Let's denounce our secret sins and the sins of our nation.
Let's pray for people that's not from our tribe, family, church, etc.
Let's start correcting bad habits instead of blaming others and the devil.
Let's sincerely pray God deals with our true nature, the one behind closed doors..
Yea, that one!
Let's pray God touches the heart and soul of our leaders; God did it before, He can do it again.
Let's pray for God not only to bless America but save America and bring conviction back to our nation.
Let's pray God strengthens us to genuinely forgive those who have truly wronged us because we've also wronged others.
Let's pray God graces us to manifest Christ in the earth as He is in heaven (Colossians 3:17).
Let's pray churches get bold and cross denominational lines and racial barriers to unite as the body of Christ.
