R/E Taskforce enjoyed providing Snacks and Cold Water today at SB2W Track &Field event. There were lots of smiles from campers, staff, and families 😀

We went to the blind center yesterday and dropped off some sunshine cupcakes. We are at the airport in Phoenix now and should arrive home around 6 p.m. Back to the States We can't wait to share what we have experienced.

Yesterday, we gave out hot dogs at the dump, visited the shut-ins and gave balls to the kids and in the evening, we played 'Whats in the box' with the boys.

We will have a full report when we get back, so these are just the highlights....

Wednesday, the men worked on construction, and the women went to the women's shelter. We made bracelets and prayed with them. We also went to the girls' shelter, Keith played "Whats in the box" and we served ice cream to the girls. Isabel cooked us an amazing dinner! Then, at night, we went to the Bible study. We were ready for bed around 9 pm and slept VERY well!

We made it to Phoenix on Tuesday, then a 3.5 drive with a stop at Wal-Mart, Home Depot, and ate at a Jack-in-the-box. We sat in line for the border about 1.5 hours. Then, we were met to follow Isaiah to the complex. We pulled in about 8 pm very tired from our day.

Bookmarks and Bagels Part 1: What a joy to watch our Congregation decorate inspirational Bookmarks. The Bookmarks are to honor the staff of Kids at Heart Daycare, thanking them for their service to our Community. It is a joy to share our Faith and God's Love. Stay tuned for more on this event.

Summers Best 2 Weeks will be held July 22 - August 2 this year. Camper registration and counselor applications will be available in February so be on the lookout!😆
