Join us THIS SUNDAY for Outdoor Worship at Ashe Park!

We’re looking forward to a wonderful morning of worship, music, food, and fellowship together.

We’re excited to welcome Kilby Spencer and Friends as our special musical guests!

Following worship, we’ll enjoy a covered-dish lunch, so bring a favorite dish to share. You’re also invited to bring flowers from your garden in a small vase to help decorate our lunch tables.

Remember: There will be NO 9:15 a.m. Early Communion and NO Sunday School tomorrow. We’ll all gather at Ashe Park at 11:00 a.m.

Due to technical difficulties, Bethany UMC will not be doing weekly All-Calls during Rev. Chris Cumbest’s stay. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Instead, we will be posting the upcoming calendar of events to the website and Facebook, and will be sending out a letter (with the calendar) to our more analog congregants. During this time, we ask that you share bulletins with those affected by this change in routine.

The Bishop and the cabinet of Western NC Conference have re-appointed Rev. Nikki Raye Rice to serve as the pastor at Bethany UMC for another year. July 1 will be the start of her 4th year at Bethany. May God bless our continued ministry together!
