What a beautiful season of reflection, celebration, and community at Kol Ami! 💙✡️

From welcoming 5787 together at Rosh Hashanah, to the meaningful moments of Yom Kippur and our break fast, this High Holy Day season reminded us just how special it is to share Jewish traditions with the people around us.

We came together for Sukkot; progressed in our civic duties at the WOKA Women's Circle and MOKA Men's Circle; sang our hearts out at the Open Yad Karaoke, and Sangria in the Sukkah; and wrapped up this holiday season with the joy of Simchat Torah.

Through prayer, music, food, friendship, and a whole lot of Jewish joy, each gathering brought us a little closer together. Thank you to everyone who joined us, volunteered, and helped make this season so meaningful for us, and especially for you!

Whether you've been part of Kol Ami for years or are just getting to know us, there's always a place for you in our community. Here's to another year of learning, growing, praying, and making amazing memories together! 💙

Today, on National Coming Out Day, we celebrate the courage it takes to live openly, honestly, and as your full self. 🌈✡️

At Kol Ami, we believe everyone deserves a community where they can be seen, supported, and welcomed exactly as they are. Coming out can look different for everyone, and there is no single timeline or “right” way to do it. Whether you are out, still figuring things out, or supporting someone you love, you belong.

Today and every day, we celebrate LGBTQ+ identity, Jewish pride, and the power of showing up as your whole self. 💙

What a joyful way to close out the holiday season ✡️🎉

For Simchat Torah, our community came together to celebrate the completion of the Torah reading cycle and the beginning of a new one. There was singing, dancing, learning, and so much joy as we gathered around Torah and shared the moment together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the celebration so special. Here’s to another year of learning, questioning, growing, and celebrating as a community.

We're revisiting our amazing 2026 Tribute Gala, themed "Gold Records for the Silver Screen". It was a night filled with music, laughter, generosity, and so many familiar faces coming together to support our community and honor some of the amazing Jewish songwriters that we all love!

Your dream sukkah.. what would it look like? 🌿✨

We asked members of our community to get creative and imagine the ultimate sukkah. Cozy, over-the-top, surrounded by nature, filled with friends, or maybe somewhere completely unexpected.

Sukkot is all about gathering, joy, hospitality, and appreciating the spaces we share, so why not dream a little?

A full Sukkot weekend of community, connection, and a little civic action 🌿✨

We gathered after Shabbat for a beautiful Moroccan Dinner, then kept the weekend going with our Women Of Kol Ami Women’s Circle and the Men Of Kol Ami Men’s Circle. There was plenty of good food, drinks, conversation, and time to simply enjoy being together, as well as some nonpartisan civic engagement, writing postcards encouraging people to register and make their voices heard in the upcoming November midterm elections. A weekend filled with celebration, friendship, and showing up for the communities we are part of. 💙
