Step onto your mat—or chair—and step into prayer. Prayerful Yoga weaves gentle, flowing movement with sacred breath and Scripture-rooted intention, inviting you to “pray with your whole body, your whole mind and your spirit" in motion. Inspired by Father Thomas Ryan’s pioneering Yoga Prayer, this practice honors the truth that God entrusted us with one body and calls us to nurture it as a living temple. This group meets on the first Saturday of the month from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in the Public Chapel. If the weather allows, we will meet under our outdoor Pavilion. Suggested offering $10, either cash or Venmo.
