Someone has said that the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. We often intend to get some job done but never get around to it, leaving it undone. Only immedate action will get the job done; obey even while we are just now getting the instructions.

We could believe that our standing before God is established by just how good a person we can be, It is also generally believed that good people go to heaven and really bad ones go to hell. The fact is, no one is good enough to earn heaven, and we can only make it by receiving God's grace and forgiveness.

The Bible does teach that we should not judge others, after all that is God's job since he is the only one to be well enough informed of the real facts. Our not judging others is not a license to sin since we can't get caught by man, but an increased responcibility to be honest and right before God.

Today in the religious world like to make it easy and pleasant for all people to become members of the local church and be an intrical part of it and also remain active the rest of their lives. We are actually working within a structure designed and headed by the almighty God and have to follow his instructions or be rejected by him. Therefore we need to be careful to know what God Commanded us rather than change his requirements to make it more palatable for mere man.

One of the most extaordinary claims that Jesus ever made is that he would return to life after being killed and dead for three days. Even today lots of people deny that he accomplished this feat or that there is even any life after death. Christianity is based on the empty tomb, and eternal life based on the redemption that Jesus provided by his death.
