Knights of Columbus - St. Catherine of Siena Council 8596 Council 8596 was established on March 13, 1984, in Dundee, Illinois, by a group of 44 dedicated parishioners from St. Catherine of Siena in West Dundee and St.

🌱🛠️ The Garden Ministry is nearing the completion of Phase 3 of our garden project - and it is looking incredible!

Today, the children planted flowers and seedlings in the garden and enjoyed being part of this exciting milestone. It was wonderful to see so many smiles as the next generation helped bring new life to the space. 🌼🌱

A heartfelt thank you to our Knights of Columbus Council members Dave Roman and Jimmy Larsen, along with everyone who volunteered their time and effort to help bring this beautiful project to life. With over 10+ yards of soil delivered and spread throughout the new raised beds, the garden has truly transformed into something special for our parish and school community.

✅ Phase 1 (2024) – Till the ground to see what could grow
✅ Phase 2 (2025) – Build a fence to keep the critters away
✅ Phase 3 (2026) – Raised beds, soil, mulch, and Chad’s special worm mixture 🌿🪱

Thank you again to everyone who helped make this vision a reality through faith, fellowship, and service.

🐣 Easter Egg Hunt – Thank You! 🐰

Rain didn’t stop the fun! Our Council was grateful to support St. Catherine of Siena Parish in bringing this year’s Easter Egg Hunt to life.

With over 160 attendees, the day was filled with excitement, laughter, and plenty of surprise-filled eggs. It was wonderful to see so many families come together despite the weather.

We were also happy to help coordinate the event and provide lunch for everyone who joined us.

Thank you for being part of such a joyful day - we look forward to seeing you again next year!

You are warmly invited to join us for the World Day of Prayer for Vocations – Potluck & Prayer!

Come together with us on Sunday, April 26th for a time of prayer and fellowship.
We will begin with a Holy Hour at 4:00 PM, followed by a potluck dinner at 5:00 PM.

This is a beautiful opportunity to pray for vocations to the priesthood and religious life, and to grow in community.

This past weekend, our parish came together in an incredible way for the Food Drive - thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and volunteered! 🙏

A special thank you to Dan Finnegan and Frank Holkenbrink for leading this beautiful effort, along with the Knights of Columbus, FISH Food Pantry, and all who supported this mission. Your generosity truly makes a difference in the lives of so many families in our community.

We are so blessed to be part of such a caring and giving parish. ❤️
