We meet for adult study at 8:45 am Sunday, gathering to worship at 10:00 during which children are excused to Sunday School. We have weekly Bible Studies that meet each Thursday Evening, a praye

Help us with these Mission Opportunities!!

Bibles in good condition – Midwest Missions

There is a need for over 1500 Bibles to send to Jamacia via Midwest Missions. Please

bring your Bibles to church by May 3, 2026.

We know many individuals and churches have Bibles sitting on shelves that are no

longer used but are still in great shape. If you are willing to donate a Bible you no longer

use, you can help place God’s Word directly into the hands of someone who deeply

needs it.

In 2023, while visiting Food for The Poor in Jamaica, we had the opportunity to visit a

prison that receives Midwest Mission supplies through their ministry efforts. They care

deeply about the men and women they serve — recognizing that while physical needs

matter, spiritual needs matter even more.

This is a nice way to review your bookshelves at home and find the Bible that could find

a new home.

Thank you to everyone who donated so generously. Because of you, 338 pounds of food were delivered along with a $400 check to support their work.

FISH is bustling, and it’s clear the need is great — thank you for being a community of compassion and for helping us make a real difference! ❤️

We’re excited to be part of our community once again—and we need your help to make a difference! There are several ways you can get involved:

1. Donate a Bike
Do you have a bike you’re no longer using? Any condition is welcome! Ask friends, check garage sales, or keep an eye out for curbside freebies. These will be repaired and passed along to bring joy to someone who will love riding them.

2. Donate Musical Instruments
This year we’re also collecting gently used or unused musical instruments. These will be repaired and passed along to bring joy to someone who will love playing them.

Bikes and instruments can be dropped off in the church garage.

3. Volunteer at Our Booth
Join us Thursday, July 18 at the park anytime between 3:00 and 6:30 p.m. Sit at our booth, bring a chair and water bottle, and help greet neighbors who stop by to say hello.

Even a small amount of your time can make a big difference!

Please let us know how you’d like to help.

Rocky Point Lighthouse VBS 2025: Shining God’s Light Together!

On June 26th and 27th, 2025, from 6:00–8:00 p.m., our church came alive with joy, laughter, and the glowing spirit of God’s love during our 2025 Vacation Bible School: Rocky Point Lighthouse program. After a 10-year break, VBS made a powerful and heartfelt return—thanks to the dedicated efforts of our team and community.

With 20 incredible adult and teen volunteers and 16 enthusiastic children, the two-day event focused on one powerful message: Shine God’s Light wherever you go. Through Bible truths, music, movement, crafts, and teamwork, children learned how God can guide us in every moment—whether we’re feeling sad, worried, anxious, or just need a little help.

A very special guest, Lightman, joined us throughout the program, reminding everyone to be a beacon of God’s light to the world around them.

Each evening was filled with energy and inspiration. Our opening and closing times featured joyful worship where the children sang “This Little Light of Mine” and a beautiful version of “Amazing Grace.” From there, kids traveled in small crews to three exciting “ports” of discovery:

🕯️ Bible Adventures: Kids were blindfolded to experience a powerful, hands-on story that reminded them how God leads us even when we can’t see what’s ahead.
⚽ Games: Outside fun brought kids together as they worked as a team in splash ball games, parachute play, and a hoop challenge—learning that shining God’s light also means lifting one another up.
🎨 Crafts: Creativity blossomed as each child made a lighthouse to take home and planted a real seed—a living reminder to grow and spread God’s love wherever they go.

This unforgettable experience would not have been possible without the heart and help of so many. We extend a huge thank-you to all our volunteers, families, and especially to our fearless leaders, Amanda Tracy and Laura Suskin, who worked tirelessly to bring VBS back to life. Your vision and dedication helped ignite a spark that will shine far beyond this summer.
We are already looking forward to next year’s VBS and all the light that’s still to come!

Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. – Matthew 5:16 🌟
