Hebron United Methodist Church has been a strong presence in the community for 225 years! Our initial location was a small log church erected near the present day intersection of Interstate 20 and Leaphart Road.​

👕 YARD SALE HAPPENING NOW 👟 Mt. Hebron's Go Forth Ministries' yard sale is going on NOW until 12pm at the mission house (located at 3041 Leaphart Road in West Cola across from the church). All proceeds benefit Go Forth Ministries which services around 75 families a month with food, clothes and a time of prayer.
Come on out, and get a new treasure for your home!

🏠 MISSION OPPORTUNITY 🏠 Since 1978, Salkehatchie has been more than a church outreach program, volunteer group or just another summer youth camp. From Saturday to Saturday, volunteers experience more than just a week of hard work. Their dedication and love help families feel comfortable and secure in their homes.
Mt. Hebron UMC has always participated in three camps:
🔹Edisto Island
🔹Union
🔹Santee
The Union Camp has been cancelled for 2026, and Edisto Island is now full. Anyone that normally went to either of these is welcome to attend the Santee Camp—happening July 4-11—instead.
Cost per camper is $300, but Mt. Hebron's UMM graciously assists with this registration for those that need it. Please see a member of UMM for more details.

💰 NOW HIRING 💰 Mt. Hebron UMC is looking for a Financial Secretary! This is a part-time position managing, in coordination with the Finance Committee, the finances of the church. The duties include but are not limited to bookkeeping, accounting and financial reporting.
Education and Experience Requirements:
🔹Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Accounting
🔹2-4 years of practical experience in accounting is preferred
🔹Experience with church management software is desirable
